Not only did we perform the original text of Shakespeare, but we also played our own instruments and sang all original music written by Tyler Phillips. I dusted off my trumpet chops and made Audrey, the shepardess, a brass player. It was an incredible experience reviewed by the New York Times, The Huffington Post and other theatre sites.

Check out the reviews!

www.greenwoodtree.net

"...[Bethany] Taylor's Audrey is a humored country girl, both pretty and gruff, who sings beautifully and likely plays a better trumpet

than any in Arden."

- JK Clarke, Theater Pizzazz!

"These are talented and enthusiastic singer-dancer-musicians who've chosen to present an enchanting Bard song cycle within the context of a truncated script. It would be difficult to choose a favorite among the nine pieces (and several reprises), but there isn't a dud among them."

-David Finkle, The Huffington Post

"...Kyle Sallee, whose Touchstone shares a delightful song with Bethany Taylor’s Audrey."

-Neil Genzlinger, The New York Times
